Romeo and Juliet

I think Romeo and Juliet is a very dramatic story, but I personally don't believe that their so called "love", is true love. I think it's just a temporary, passionate love. Also, because I personally don't believe in love at first sight, so it makes it less for me to believe that it is actually love. Many people believe that we should sacrifice for love, some others believe that we shouldn't, because if the person loves you for who you are, you don't need to sacrifice anything, but I believe that it is up to us to see if the love worth sacrificing for. If Romeo can't live without his Juliet, then how did he live the past years of his life? It also said that he loved this girl called Rosaline in the beginning. Well, that's just a bit ironic isn't it? He fell in love with Juliet because she was beautiful, does that mean that he wouldn't love her if they actually lived together for the rest of their life, when they're old? I feel like Shakespeare is trying to show us how foolish young adults or teenagers can be. But Romeo and Juliet can be interpreted in many different ways. Maybe he's trying to show us that young can understand what love is when you're really young, showing us that age doesn't make a difference. I do agree that age doesn't make a difference, what I believe is being mentally mature, and being able to tell your priorities, and from what I've read, I feel like their actions are like children, very pure.
